How to install japanese translation into word pad or related files

I need a link for a download to translate japanese document text on wordpad
and powerpoint to english (japanese to english). This will help me greatly if
I can download the translation for wordpad at least.
 
You would get more help if you posted this question in a forum relating to Windows - this one is for MS Access, the database product, so people here are unlikely to know or to be able to help.
