how to insert recipitents in email by typing 3 letters

How do I auto insert the recipitents name in the "to" address line by typing
three of the first letters?
 
Depends on your Outlook version which you decided not to post.
 
I'm sorry, it is outlook express 6- I did get my Outlook to comply.

Then post in an OE group. This is not one.
