How to Insert a SubForm into a Form

Dear all,

To be honest I never understood How to insert a SubForm into a Form
Can anyone explain step by step how to do this?
Relationships, Primary Key etc

There is a wizard to help you.
1. Open your design toolbox.
2. Make sure the wizards (magic wand) are selected
3.Click on the subform control an place it on your form
4. The wizards should guide you through the process.
