How to increase the font size of Help?

Dear All
This is my first question.
I am using the Excel 2002 (Office XP) on Windows XP Professional.

Many times I want to increase / decrease the font size of Microsoft
Excel Help.......How to do it? Do you have any shortcut to do it? Word
also does not have the feature. I know to do it via Internet Explorer
but I hate to first go there and reopen the HELP topic.

I have Visual Foxpro 7.0 , this application's HELP has the facility to
increase/decrease the font size. It has tool bar at right to do it.

If you have a wheel mouse, open Excel Help
Hold the Ctrl key, and roll the mouse wheel to change the font size.
