How to incorporate a relationship to from one data page to another

I am trying to work up a customer data program for a guy that is a mechanic
working on big trucks. I've got the general page done using a template. I
have XP office and did the template in WORD. HE wants to be able to pull up a
customer and then have another data page that is related, say the parts that
are ordered and put into the truck durring repairs. How to I incorporate this
into my present template of a customer Order data sheet? I am new to WORD

MS-Works 4.0 (outdated) had a downloadable set of templates and database
for this. (Auto Repairs).
That carried inventory, billing, repairs and such.

Whether your able to find anything similar online in the Office
downloads is to be seem, however worth explopring.

The problem with Auto items is that each state has separate requirements
for procedures and invoices due to repair law compliance.
