How to imput bulk emails to outlook address book

I can't imput bulk emails I have to do it one by one and it takes forever.
Please need help
 
It is not possible to import anything into the Outlook Address Book. The address book is just a viewer for data stored mainly in your contacts folders. From the main Outlook menu, you can use the File | Import and Export command to import data from an external source into your contacts folder.
