How to import multiple CSV files into single Excel spreadsheet

I have a folder that contains multiple CSV files with data. The files
have a text column and a number column. How do I import just the
number columns from all the CSV files into one worksheet in excel
apart from painfully cutting and pasting each one of them.
Appreciate your help. I am not much of a programmer so please explain
in simple terms.

This does not appear to be an Access question. Perhaps you should post it in
one of the Excel news groups.
