how to import data from Mozilla Firefox

Before i'm was using Mozilla Firefox. Now want to use Outlook 2003. But I
can't to move my old date (e-mail. address etc.)

Please help me.

Firefox is a web browser and doesn't do mail. Perhaps you're confusing it
with Thunderbird.

You'll first need to install Netscape Messenger V4 or Eudora, transfer your
data to it from Thunderbird, then use Outlook Express to import your data
from Messenger. Then, from within Outlook Express you'll be able to export
your messages to Outlook. Also, from within Outlook you'll be able to
import your contacts from Outlook Express.
