how to import all Earthlink Total Access email into Outlook

I've been using Earthlink for years, but I like the new 2003 Outlook.
However, I can't figure out how to import the contents of my Earthlink
mailbox into Outlook. I don't want to lose anything -- inbox, sent mail,
subfolders.
