Just curious (and without wishing you to divulge IP), but what is the
requirement you have for a custom forms designer?

I only need to be able to drag custom controls derived from
Windows.Form...(done)
and display only properties which I want in the property grid(done using
http://www.codeproject.com/cs/miscctrl/bending_property.asp)

also I need to export the designed form as XML(working...)
