How to I save inline graphic in original format ?

Outlook 2003 of Office 2003 Pro:

When I get an inline graphic that had been created by Insert-->Picture, how
do I save it in the original format like .gif instead of it being converted
to .bmp ?

Further Info...
I have found and installed the macro as described here:
http://www.sparnaaij.net/Howto/saveembeddedpictures.htm

....but I keep getting "The macros in this project are disabled".

I have even set my Security at Low... and I have searched "Enable macros" in
Outlook and VBA Help.
Still no go, nada.

I simply don't know how to specifically "enable macros for this project".
Any help ? Thx.
