How to hyperlink FP2k's Rotating banner ads ?

I've set up a Banner Ad in FP2k and have it to rotate between several ads...

1 - how can I setup a hyperlink for a Rotating Banner Ad?
2 - Can I have a seperate link for each Banner Ad in the Rotation?

In the Banner Ad dialog you can set the hyperlink, which applies to all images, you can not set
hyperlinks for individual images, as that is not supported. Also may users may not see the Java
Banner Ad Applet as they do not have the Java Virtual machine installed.

I have published a "banner ad" using FP2K and the images rotate, but the
hyperlink does not work. It links when I preview it in my browser but does
not link when published to the web server. The ad is on the following page
under "Block Party" section: http://www.merryhills.com/BreakingNews.htm

The link works if you click it twice. Why I don't know, however many users of Windows XP and IE 6 do
not have the ability to see Java applets (hover buttons and banner ad manager applets).
