how to home network through firewall

My computer is the main computer with 3 computers networked. I have my firewall off or
they cannot see my computer.

How do I set-up the firewall so I can allow access to my networked computers?

Assuming that you're talking about WinXP's built-in firewall, simple
enable the Exception for File and Printer Sharing. If you're using a
better firewall, consult its documentation.

Turn on the firewall.
Try to access the computer from a networked computer.
A blocked notice box should appear.
Allow the computer to connect.
