How to hide Sheet tab Bar & status Bar for a excel file

Hi Experts;

I want to hide Sheet tab Bar & status Bar for a excel file and this
should remain with that file only, not for all files.

Please help me.

Go to TOOLS>>OPTIONS>>VIEW and uncheck what you dont need.
