how to hide password

Hi

I am using a batch command to compact the backend of the mdb. How do I keep
the password from showing? Command below:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE"
"\\Server\DB\data.mdb"/userrichard/pwd1111/compact
