How to hide local drives?

Greetings!!!

I have windows xp sp 2 systems around 20 . I want user should not see local
drives when they go to my computer, only the map drive of server should be
visible. Almost every local things like control panel, my documents, network
places etc.. should be hidden.

Need i will have to do settings for each user in server? or need to change
settings in each local system. How to do that?
