How to hide control panel in workstations

In order to enhance security I need to remove the Control Panel, MS Dos
Prompt as well as the run comand,how do i do this?
 
Assuming XP pro

Start run gpedit.msc

Disable control panel

User configuration
------------------Administrative templates
----------------------------------Control Panel------------------------>
Prohibit access the the control panel, enabled

Disable command prompt

User configuration
------------------Administrative templates
----------------------------------system------------------------> Prevent
access to the command prompt, enabled
