In my web mail, any small attachments are opened in the correct place in the
letter. With Outlook, the attachments are listed under the subject line and
must be opened individually; thus, they are not in their correct place in
the body of the message. How can I correct this? Many Thanks! Bobby

Outlook does not allow opening attachments in the body of the message unless
the sender has embedded them into the message body. They must be opened
separately, as you've found out.

Where attachments display depends on the message format (none of which will
automatically display the attachment unless you embed it using HTML or Rich
Text Format):

Plain Text format = attachment below message body in separate window.*
HTML format = attachment below message subject above message body.*
Outlook Rich Text format = item inserted directly after cursor in message
body.

*depends on your version of Outlook - the placement may be reversed.
