How to have links outside an inline frame open a specific spot inside the inline frame.......

Hi there! I'm new at this and have been having alot of fun in
Frontpage 2003. My question is I have made a business directory online
for our customers. On this page there is one inline frame with
business names and numbers. At the moment I have an index within this
frame to link to say "contractors" or "restaurants". My dilemma is I
would like to have the index outside the inline frame and ahieve the
same result. Please check out the link at

How do you mean "the index outside the inline frame achieve the same
result", like what result?

I'm sure you can get some help and it's probably a problem with a good
solution but we're going to need a better description of what it is you're
trying to achieve.
