how to handle form error

Hi

I have set some tables or forms that cannot be opened by certain users. But
when the user clicks on the command button, a dialog box comes up and says
that the user does not have read permissions for that certain table or form.
When the the uset clicks ok, the form still shows. How do I stop the form
from opening.
