I paid the $59.00 fee for help with files in Office 2007. I was assigned the
number 1033903316. I had a 800 number to access the help center in India(?)
and a tech assigned to help me for further issues with this case.

The email with his name and link has disappeared or never arrived. I am
trying to find my way back to the page with live chat help. Perhaps they can
transfer me to the right man.

Can you help me?

Thank you

Diana

Call MS tech support.

Thank you both. I was wandering all over trying to find the correct(?)
contact number! Thay have a ton of them. I needed to get back to India and
finally got there. The guy is a wiz. Three others could not do anything.
He figured it out and was done in very little time.

If you ever have problems with documents making hundreds of copies of
themselves when you try to delete, so that your computers has 800 copies of
14 samples, and copies of copies of copies, it may have a corrupted user
file. Save what you want to a new user file. Delete the old one.

I tried to fix this for almost a year on three different computers. When I
copied the files to the new machines, the problem followed me.

I have to rate the help here and at the call center as excellent. (And you
were faster!)

Thanks again, Diana

You're welcome. Sometimes that has to do with not having a steady hand on
the mouse. Glad you got the help you needed though.
