How to get specific info on websites visited

A computer at work has been used to visit all sorts of bad websites. I need
to determine dates and times, as well as the sites visited. The user was
clever enough to clear history, cookies, and cache (on both IE and FF), but
I need to find what was left behind.

With a couple of small tweaks to the Registry, one can prevent sticky
entries from staying in the index.dat files, so that might not work.
Also, Crap Cleaner cleans out the index.dat files.
