How To Get Second Deep Page Full Screen?

I just started having this problem when I open a second
deep page it is reduced in size causing me to click full
size button, how do I get the second deep page to open
full size.

Windows XP Pro
Internet Explorer 6.0
 
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
