how to get rid of paragraph symbol being automatic injected into e

my Micro Soft Outlook, Office 2003 just started putting a symbol that looks
like the paragraph symbol, like a Pl that is backwards and puts a dot in
every blank space place instead of just leaving it a blank. So between each
work is a dot in the middle of the the space. Do you know how I can stop
this. I guess I must have hit some button accidently. It did not help
restarting the computer.

Thanks,
Lawrence

This isn't the right newsgroup for questions about Outlook -- it's
devoted to discussion of Microsoft Access, the database program -- but
what you describe sounds like what you see when you are using Word as
your e-mail editor and you've checked the option to show all formatting
marks. That's on the View tab of the Word Tools->Options... dialog.

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever Office program you
are using. I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version
number in the message.

In MS Word go to Tools-Options- View Formatting Marks and deselect all
of them.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
