John

I posted this problem several days. Thanks for your help to responding to my
question. After I have tried spybot, adware, CWshredder, it doesn't help get
rid of http://69.20.62.53/yyy1.html. It has been so annoying because the
website automatically pops up after I start my computer anytime. Then even I
shutdown IE, it consistently pops up every couple of minutes. Does anyone
have experience?

My computer runs:

XP home edition
IE6
Norton

Thanks in advance

Download and install this tool. You should be able to disable the malware.
BHODemon 1.0
Free program that lets you monitor and disable "Browser Helper Objects".
http://www.definitivesolutions.com/

Then find out from the expert how you can remove it.

Go to http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php#det
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware] or download direct (below):
http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip

If you get a 404 error or Access denied, try:
http://216.180.252.218/~spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/hijackthis.zip

Unzip the Download file in a NEW FOLDER that you can create before you start
the download.
DO NOT use any of the TEMP folders that are presently in your computer.
Double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

Next, go to the below location:

Sign in, then copy and paste both files in your message.
