how to get my mails in personal folder in to outlook personal fold

I am using outlook 2003. I am getting all my mails into my outlook 2003
inbox. But i am not getting my mails in personal folders and also the sent
items in to my outlook 2003. Please suggest me in resolving the problem.
(Step by Step guide please)
 
Your Inbox is usually part of yoru Personal Folders. What type of email
account do you use? Is it IMAP?
