I reinstallation of Windows XP recently. But I do not get Windows XP HELP. It
is there but no matter what I typed in, I always got No Match. It seems the
HELP was not installed. How can I get the HELP back? Tahnks.

what if you click on an empty area of desktop and press F1 key?

If that works you can try:
- delete the help menu
- right click on the start menu button, select property,
- on the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window, select the Start Menu tab
- click customize button, select Advanced tab
- ensure the "Help And Support" is checked (about last item in the middle
of the window for Customize Start Menu)
- OK,Apply, OK

Alternatively you can search for helpctr.exe and make a shortcut for it.
Good luck
