How to get back the menu bar and toolbars

Hi, I have put a feature in access that will open only the form when access
is started and not the database window or switchboard, but now I want to
change the items and I cannot see the toolbars and I don't know the shortcut
keys. anyone know how to get the toolbars and menubars displayed again. thanks
