How to get auto page breaks in a document MS 2003

Switch to Print Layout view in order to see the page breaks. (They are
visible in Normal view as well, but only as a dotted line.) If that
doesn't help, see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/WhiteSpace.htm.

Another possibility is that you are referring to including a page break
with a paragraph (or style). This option is called "Page break before"
and can be selected on the Line and Page Breaks tab of Format |
Paragraph.

I appreciate your quick response. Part of my challenge is that when typing a
new document, if the content goes beyond the first page. I will not be able
to print nor see the remainder of the document. If I change the page view to
see the entire document, I still cannot print the entire document. In order
to print the entire document, I must enter manual 'page breaks'. I use to
have the 'auto page break' feature, which would set a page break at the end
of each page. I am trying to get that "auto page break" back. Any
suggestions/solutions will be appreciated. My "IT" Help Desk has not been
able to resolve this challenge. "Thank You. ADMalloy

On the Format menu, click Columns. Click the "One" option, even if it
appears to be selected. Make sure "Apply to" is set to "Whole document."
Click OK. If this fixes the problem for the current document, open the
Normal template as a document (see the "To make other changes" section
of the article at
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/CustomizeNormalTemplate.htm) and
repeat the procedure. Save and close Normal.
