how to get age using birthdate

Not quite....

Try it with birthdate of Dec 6, 1954. Check the age on each of the days from
Nov 15 through Dec 10. This will also show you why adding the INT function
doesn't correct the problem.

PS: You can try 365.25, too, but it won't work.
