How to get account list in one XP computer?

I want to get account list in one computer, and the account list is just like
the accout list in user Accounts of Control panel.

Open the User Accounts in your Control Panel, get a pencil and paper and
write down the names of the Users shown.

for a local list on a Windows XP machine

Open a command prompt (Start ... Run ... cmd)
and enter the following command line

net user

press return key.

This will list all the local accounts on that PC.
