How to get Access to show a 'single window' for db?

When I open our access data base Contacts.mdb And use Alt-Tab to switch
between programs...

Access shows 3 windows.
- One is the Contacts.mdb
- One is the Query for vieweing records
- One is I don't know what as it won't let me Alt-Tab to it.

This confuses users in the office. We just want the querry to open when we
launch the db.

We are running Access2003 & XP-Pro

How can we do this?
