How to get Access 2007 Runtime app to run on XP SP2? MSADOX.dll is

I packaged up an Access 2007 application on my Vista machine. I sue some of
the ADO extensions in custom code. When I install the package on an XP SP2
machine I get an error message about missing msadox.dll V6. It allows me to
go on but there are 2 or 3 functions in the application that crash. I googled
msadox.dll and it appears that the slution is not as straight forward as
deploying version 6 of msadox.dll on those XP machines. What are my options?

99.9 percent chance adox is already installed on the target machine,
so don't include it in the setup program.

I didn't intentially include adox in the setup. The only file I included was
the access database itself. I let the packaging option in Access do all the
rest. What it included as part of Access 2007 runtime, I don't know. I'll try
to find a list of what that runtime package includes
