How to generate a list of randomly selected numbers within a range

I am used to Office 2000 which had a specific pick under "Data" (or "Tools" I
forget) to generate a list of numbers within a range and other options too.
With recent conversion to Office 2003, this # generator is no longer
available in the same format.
Thanks for the help.
