I just put Windows XP on the system and am running the
NTFS file system on an 80 Gig HD.
I left my 15 Gig HD disconnected while setting up XP on
the C drive because it had my Backups on it.

Problem 15 Gig drive shows a partitioning of 1.2 Gig only,
how do I reformat the 15 gig drive to use ful 15 gig in
NTFS without affecting C drive?

Try

Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Computer Management | Disk
Management

You should see your second drive listed as Disk 1.
From there, you should see partitions + unpartitioned space totalling 15
Gig.
You can add | delete | format partitions as you like from there.

Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select Disk
Management and look lower right for the graphic of the drive.

There you can r-click in an existing partition to delete it, r-click in
Unallocated space to make and format a new one
