How to force the application to load third party assembly on memory when
application loading?

As applications used third party UI controls, when the form first load first
time, the users feel this is slow. But the secord open the form is fast.
so, I want to force the application loaded these assembly on memory.

Look into using the ngen.exe utility to create a native image of your assemblies for deployment.
