How to force End Task wit Vista Business 64bit?

I have a program that is not responding. For some strange reason it is not
possible to close it from task managed. I tried several times both End Task
and End Process. The program is not a Windows system component. It is a slide
and video demo program, that was started from CD. Problem appeared when I
accidentally removed a CD from drive without closing the program first.
I have administrative rights and all other programs that I tried to close
with End Task, did close nicely.

Try putting the CD back in, then closing it.

I already made a restart and can not verify if this hint helps. Thanks
anyway, I will try this command next time!

BTW, this Discussion system here has serious problems too. I wrote much more
detailed description first (describing also, that I tried to replace CD), but
when posting it I got an error message (something about server is too busy)
and all my message was disappeared. Second time I made much shorter and was
lucky, because this time I made a copy for myself before posting. Therefore I
managed to post my message on third attempt without typing it in third time.
