How to "flag" all forwarded emails.

Hello,

I have a client that swears that she used to see a "flag" beside any email
that had been forwarded. I have looked and cannot find any such flag, that
isn't part of a rule.

Is there any type of "flag" that may appear to say that an email has been
forwarded - that isn't part of a rule?

No flag but the icon will show an arrow on it to indicate whether it has
been forwarded or replied to.
 
Thanks for the reply Roady,

The icon shows no such arrow. Is this an "option" that can be enabled or
disabled?
