How to find out which p4p800 I have?

as you can see they have different northbidges: like Intel 865PE or
Intel 865G or Intel 865GV or Intel 848P
now look on a system info tool (AIDA, SISandra, ...) with northbridge
you have and then check with the list and the special features of
each board.

I know mine is a P4P800. However if we go to
http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/mbindex.htm , there isn't one called
exactly P4P800. There are se, ve, deluxe, mx version. How can I find
out which P4P800 I have?

It is printed on the motherboard. Here is an example of
what the lettering looks like:

The reason "P4P800" does not show on the web site, is because
they no longer manufacture that version of board. Newer
versions of board now replace that design.

To see the Asus website at a previous point in time, use
web.archive.org

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/mbindex.htm

You can see P4P800 listed in Oct2003
