I have lost all my information on Outlook (Office XP) when trying to correct
errors with the Office XP CD. Isn't there a way to get back in the computer
to a time before I made this mistake? Is it not possible to get the info
back...all the addresses and emails! Help!

hi.
window xl has the system restore function.
You did say office xp so i am assuming that you have
windows xp.
Start>program>accessories>system tools>system restore.
If you are on a network, you may try the last know backup
of you PC.
If you have neither of the above, i am afraid you have a
serious problem.

You may get more specific help in an Outlook newsgroup - this one is
for a different program, Microsoft Access.

But use Windows Explorer to search for files with a .PST extension; by
default Outlook uses OUTLOOK.PST. Also look in your Recycle Bin. If
you can find your previous OUTLOOK.PST it contains all your addresses,
emails, etc.
