Hello ,

Start, Run, type "Command" (without quotes), at prompt type "netstat"
(without quotes) to show all your connections. Better still use a firewall
like ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm (there is still a free version) and it will block
incoming traffic for you and log it so you can see who is trying to connect.

You can also look at the taskmanager and click "show processes from all
users". Sometimes that will show you if someone else is logged on, or
is running tasks on your system. But it won't provide the IP address.
Good Luck!!!
