Use Data, Filter, Advanced Filter. Select the Copy to Another Location
option and also Unique Records Only. This will give you a second list of
just the unique items.
This is a common question with several answers, depending on how your
duplicates are scattered throughout the spreadsheet. Your best bet of
finding the answer that will best suit your needs is to head over to Ron
DeBruin's web page (http://www.rondebruin.nl/Google.htm) and download his
excellent newsgroup Google search tool. In the "Search for" window, type
"delete" and "duplicate", then sort amongst the questions for the one that
best matches your situation - the answer will probably be there, too.
