How to find and remove something called MyOutlookAddIn?

I get a regular, seemingy random error message:
Heading MyOutlookAddIn Message: Run-time error "5" Invalid procedure call or
argument.
I can find the addin via a file search or a "non-professional's" search of
my registry. I uninstalled office, cleaned registry and reinstalled office.
Message still appears. I have not downloaded or installed any Outlook Add-In
that I am aware of.
Anyone know what this is and how to repair or delete it?
Thanks,

Further: The third line should read " I can't find the addin..." sorry.

Can you check with regedit under
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins if it gives you any clue
what MyOutlookAddIn might be?
