How to find a record based on a field then edit and save?

I have a field that I need to search on a SSN. Then pull up what was in the
fields in the table such as SetA, SetB, and SetC and be able to edit and save
them if they are changed. Is there an easy way to do this?
 
Ok I understand how to make a query for this. But how do I pull up all the
information on the screen?
