How to find a mail folder

Hi,

How do I locate a mail folder in my huge mail folder hierarchy?

When using search to locate messages, I want to be able to find
where the message *is* in the mail folders tree. Trying to locate
it by hand is really a pain in the neck (I have several hundred
mail folders).

Sync-ing the mail folder view with the selected mail in the result
list of a search must be possible; I just can't figure out how to
do it.
