How to fill a cell with a specified rgb value

In Excel£¬ I can fill the cell with only limited colors.

If I want to fill it with specified RGB value, such as RGB(33,55,77),
how to do this?

On the main menu, click Tools>Options. On the Color tab, choose the
color you want to change and click Modify. In the Colors dialog box
that opens, click the Custom tab. Choose RGB from the Color Model:
drop down and enter your color numbers in the Red, Green and Blue
boxes. OK all the way out. Your 'custom' color is now available to
use.
