How to extract the url portion from a Excel column?

Hello,

My data source is from a HTML table contiaining a bunch of text and
numbers, and one particular column is a url field. This url column
values are shown as "Click Here" and the actual url is shown like <a
href="www.google.com">Click Here</a>.

Would greatly appreciate, if some one can point to a VBA script that
will extract the url linked to the "Click Here" text field.
