how to extract a sheet from another?

Hi,

I have a set of data (5000) in one sheet and another set of data (30) in
another sheet. The 30 datas are included in the 5000 one. I would like to
extract them from the 5000 one. The reason is that I don't have all the infos
on the 30 one but all the infos on the 5000 one. Hope it's clear. Thanks.

Perhaps try the VLookup function on each value in the '30' list to return
the value from the desired col in the '5000' list using appropriate offset
references.
