how to express a numerical in number words eg. 100 = one hundred

i want to automate a checking system in excel - i need a way of expressing a
numerical in to number words automatically - for example

cell a1 is £11,503.63
want function so that cell a2 reads "Eleven thousand five hundred and three
pounds and sixty three pence"

Anyone know how to help?
