Export to what? What application do you want to use your data in in the
end? That will color the answers you get.

When I export emails under specific folder from Microsoft Outlook into pst
file format, including attachments within this folder only, but I also have
many sub-folders under this folder, and it cannot be exported at the same
time under pst file format. Do you have any suggestions on how to export
email folder including sub-folders in Microsoft Outlook?
Thank you very much for any suggestions

If yes, could anyone give me any suggestions on how to export
emails including attached files together?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Don't export. If you want to copy ALL your Outlook data to another location,
just close Outlook and copy your pst file.
If all you want to do is to copy SOME data, then in Outlook make a new data
file, File-New-Outlook Data File, copy the data to it, close that file, and
copy that file.
Exporting Outlook data to a pst file usually results in corruption...

I find the inbox_20061221.pst file. When I copy this file into another PC,
another PC also have existing inbox_xxxxxx.pst, I would like to combine
together, therefore, I cannot replace the existing one. Do you have any
suggestion on how to combine the inbox_20061221 into existing one?
Thank everyone very much for any suggestions

That sounds like you are using a non-POP mail account. What sort of mail
account have you got?
